Nomad Backpackers

 1. The requirement for access by HBS Group was to allow for the inspection of the Bell Tower and Facades to determine their structural integrity and whether it posed a risk to the public.

 1. Creating an access platform, encapsulation, rope access anchor points & overhead protection for the public, whilst not adding load onto the tower or roof, so the design needed to be as low weight as possible.

 2. This was a Low Budget project so the need to produce the most appropriate  design was paramount.

 1. Install a Allround cantilevered working platform anchored with cables at the roof level, Overhead protective fan from Level 1 and Guy cables with containment sheeting between the working platform & fan.

Inspection by rope was made easy by being able to move around the Bell tower at the roof level then drop vertically where needed.
